As a condition of permission to use the KMK website, the Employer agrees that it is solely responsible for the information that it may post on the KMK website.  Further the Employer agrees that it will indemnify KMK for damages and cost (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from claims of third parties relating to the information posted by the Employer on the KMK website.
